Informatics EventsInformatics EventsUK PlanSIG 2026DescriptionThe UK Planning and Scheduling Special Interest Group (PlanSIG) workshop is (usually) a yearly forum that seeks to bring together researchers focused on different aspects of planning and scheduling problems, and to introduce new researchers to the community. It provides an informal setting for academics, industrialists, and research students to meet and discuss recent developments and open problems in AI planning and scheduling. The workshop has a history of more than 35 years; in recent (i.e., last 5-10) years, it has attracted an international gathering.
UK Robot Manipulation WorkshopDescriptionThe UK Robot Manipulation Workshop has been held regularly since 2016, with past workshops at the University of Birmingham in 2016, Imperial College London in 2017, the University of Leeds in 2019, and following a break due to the pandemic, the Bristol Robotics Laboratory 2023, the University of Oxford in 2024, and the King's College of London in 2025. In 2025, the two-day workshop brought together around 350 members of the UK's robot manipulation community from both academia and industry, for a range of research talks, tutorials, poster sessions, lab tours, and networking events. Standard registration is available until the 15 December, with late registration available after this date for a £25 fee. We cannot guarantee to cater to allergies for late registrations.
