On 24 January 2026 at 2:00 PM, residents will visit Edinburgh Zoo for a fun group outing. The visit will include watching the “Wee Waddle” when the zoo’s gentoo, rockhopper and king penguins leave their enclosure at “Penguins Rock” to waddle along a walkway and enjoy feeding time. This is a great opportunity for residents to relax, enjoy wildlife, and bond with peers in a joyful, low-pressure setting.
The event aims to foster community spirit and create a memorable shared experience for everyone.
