DescriptionThis inaugural cross-sector conference aims to bring together coaches, HR professionals and leaders to explore coaching as a catalyst for human-centred change at a time of rapid technological, organisational and societal transformation. Developed in partnership with Deloitte and sponsored by Skyscanner, it will featuring keynote contributions from Amy Brann (Founder of Synaptic Potential Ltd, Author, Speaker, Neuroscience Expert), Hetty Einzig (author, leadership coach, facilitator and influential thought leader) and Danielle MacLeod (author, Ambassador for Women in Leadership, leadership consultant and Women's Coach). The day combines leading insights, cross-sector panels and engaging CPD sessions. Together, we will spark provocative discussions about the future of coaching, examine how coaching is evolving - with a particular focus on AI - and consider how it is reshaping practice, relationships and expectations, including what credible, ethical coaching looks like at scale.
