DescriptionThe British Association for Islamic Studies was founded in 2013 with the aim of enhancing research and teaching about Islam and Muslim cultures and societies in UK higher education. BRAIS’s Annual Conference brings together scholars from across the world, and from a wide variety of disciplines, to explore Islam from a range of methodological and thematic perspectives. This year’s conference will be hosted by the University of Cambridge in the historic surrounding of the Old Divinity School at St John’s College.

Delegates can choose to attend the full conference (two days) or just one day.
There are three delegate categories to choose from and the costs are outlined below. As you will see, BRAIS members receive a significant discount on delegate fees. The cost is £40 per person/£25 for PhD students. |
