Detailed Description

An introduction into the basics of strength training for newbies or those looking to develop their technique.

This 5-week course will introduce you to the correct technique on the core barbell strength lifts. You will learn how to warm up correctly and how to perform – squat, bench press, deadlift, overhead press and row with correct form to help limit the chance of injury and to increase the benefits of the exercise.

You will follow a 5 week programme that will increase your strength, mobility and confidence in the weight room and allow you to include strength training into your training with confidence.

Please note that photography may occasionally take place during this workshop. If you do not want to be included in any photography please notify the instructor.
