To verify membership status, minimal registration data (name, email address) will be shared with EurSafe. If you have any concerns about this, please feel free to contact us via email to discuss before completing your registration. It is our plan and our hope to host this event in person. If the situation with the Covid-19 pandemic was to change, we may have to change these plans to comply with Scottish laws and regulations regarding size of gathering, travel restrictions etc. If we have to change the plans, we will communicate this promptly alongside information regarding the alternative online format. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that they have adequate travel insurance in place to cover any costs for travel and accommodation changes, in case we are forced to change plans. We also suggest to consider travel and accommodation options that provide flexibility in terms of cancellations. Furthermore, visitors to Scotland may have to comply with rules for testing and isolation on arrival, or pre-departure testing, depending on rules at the time of travel. The Scottish Government has the most up to date information on the Scottish Government's dedicated webpage. Any costs for mandatory testing should be carried by the participants. If testing is still in place in September 2022 we will aim to remind participants of this in a pre-event email.
