Un-supervised Self Directed Study (USSD) - this course will concentrate on practical imaging of the chest, including what techniques are best for evaluating various parts of the chest anatomy, and which are best for investigation of major diseases of the chest. The lungs and heart will be the main focus. Research into cardiac function as well as studies into the vasculature, will also be covered, reflecting activity at the Edinburgh Imaging Centre QMRI, University of Edinburgh.


This course is un-credited and un-supervised. the course is worth 3 CPD / CME points.
